from my soul to your soul
Becomingconscious is the most important step in human evolution. Human biological
evolution is complete; spiritual evolution can now only occur through the
active expansion of our awareness. Most people live in a state of
unconsciousness—a kind of compulsiveness. When we become angry, stressed, or
jealous, we often believe this is a logical reaction to external circumstances.
In reality, it is an unconscious, automatic response rooted in past
conditioning and memories (karma). Für weitere Informationen und Details besuchen Sie bitte meine offizielle Website. stahlwand pool
The goal ofbecoming conscious is to break this pattern of automatic reaction. Only when
you are fully aware of your thoughts and emotions do you shift from compulsive
reactions to genuine, conscious choices. Consciousness is not something that
needs to be created anew; it is already the source of our being.
Ourconsciousness is like a lightbulb covered by several layers of fabric. These
layers represent our accumulations: the physical body (accumulated food) and
the mind (accumulated impressions and memories). Because we identify so
strongly with our bodies and our mental narratives, the light of consciousness
is dimmed. Becoming conscious means gradually shedding these identifications so
that the light can shine unimpeded once more.
Trueconsciousness is an intelligence completely free from memory.
Memories—comprising genetic, evolutionary, and karmic conditioning—create a
boundary that divides the world into "mine" and "yours,"
much like a soap bubble: memory acts as the film of soap that gives
consciousness its shape. When the bubble bursts through pure awareness, the
illusion of separation dissolves.
The scopeof your life depends directly on the scope of your perception. If you are
unaware of something, it simply does not exist within your reality. By becoming
more conscious, you expand your perception and experience life with far greater
depth and intensity.
Be aware ofyour own mortality in every moment. Those who are conscious of their limited
time on this earth no longer waste energy on trivialities like anger,
resentment, or endless conflicts, but instead align their lives with what truly
matters.
